returns policy

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your items, unfortunately you cannot return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. They should be unused and unworn.

We do not offer returns or refunds on PERSONALIzED items or made to order items (bandanas with vinyl or poms, all seasonal/holiday items, pet tees/sweaters/tanks, human apparel, and mugs).

All sale items are final sale and non refundable.

Please make sure to measure your pet and use the sizing charts as a guide before placing an order. note size charts are a guide and there is a tolerance of measurements as all items are handmade to order.

returns process

please email us foxnamedtoddpetboutique@gmail.com if you would like to make a return. if item is eligible for return please pack your return item with a note of order number and name. please ensure all returns are unworn, in original packaging, and free from any pet hair.

all packaging must still be attached to be eligible for a refund. Items returned without packaging will not be refunded. if an item is not eligible you will receive an email to advise of this, at which time we can organize to return the items to you at your cost.

please note you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. we suggest to use a trackable shipping service. we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

refunds

once your return is received we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that your return has either been approved or rejected.

if your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

exchange policy

due to possibility of our product(s) selling out and becoming unavailable we will not be able to accept exchanges for all items. we recommend emailing us first at foxnamedtoddpetboutique@gmail.com to see if your item is available for exchange. we do not offer exchanges on made to order items (bandanas with vinyl or poms, all seasonal/holiday items, pet tees/sweaters/tanks, and human apparel). If need to exchange for a bigger size, customer is responsible to pay for price difference for upgrade and shipping costs. We must receive the return first before we can send the exchange item(s).
